Is it just a coincidence that reproductions of the 48-foot-tall arch that stood in front of the Temple of Baal in Palmyra, Syria are going to be put up in Times Square in New York City and in Trafalgar Square in London exactly 13 days before Baal’s biggest day of the year?
In the occult world, 13 is the number of rebellion, and these arches are going to be put on display precisely 13 days prior to the major occult holiday of Beltane on May 1. In a previous article, I explained that the chief god of ancient Babylon named Marduk eventually came to be known as “Baal” or “Bel” which both mean “Lord.” As worship of this ancient deity spread all over the globe, sometimes this language was retained, and this is definitely true when it comes to “Bel-tane” or “Baal-tein”.
Beltane can be translated as “Baal fire,” and even many Wiccans acknowledge that this festival has origins which can be traced all the way back to the Baal worship of the ancient Middle East.
For example, the following comes directly from the website of a Wiccan named Lady Bridget:
And here is another example that comes directly from wiccazone.net.
EVEN THE OCCULTISTS UNDERSTAND THAT THE PURPOSE OF BELTANE IS TO HONOR BAAL.
So isn’t it odd that these arches from the Temple of Baal are going up in New York and in London just in time for this high occult holy day?

Posted below is the Wiccan wheel of the year. You can see that Beltane is opposite Samhain (Halloween) on the wheel, and it has experienced a tremendous resurgence in popularity in Europe in recent years.
In ancient times, Beltane celebrations involved lots of sex and lots of fire sacrifices.
It is also important to note that May 1 is more commonly known as “May Day” around the world. It is a major holiday for communists and socialists, and it is also the date on which the Bavarian Illuminati was formed in 1776.
Leading up to Beltane is a 13-day period of time that also appears to have special occult significance. This is something that I wrote about the other day, but I wanted to explore this a bit more.
Admittedly, there are not a lot of mainstream sources that discuss this 13-day period just prior to Beltane, and much of the information on the Internet appears to be speculation.
The Most Dangerous Book in the World: 9/11 as Mass Ritual: by S.K. Bain.
But there are some authors that have written about this. This first example is an excerpt from a book titled The Most Dangerous Book in the World: 9/11 as Mass Ritual1)http://amzn.to/1SCOfu6 by S.K. Bain.
In case you were wondering, April 19 is a Satanic holy-day, requiring sacrifice by fire, most preferably involving the sacrifice of children, and, indeed, multiple children perished in both Waco (more than 20) and Oklahoma City (19 under the age of 6).
Phoenix Rising: The Rise and Fall of the American Republic: by Donald G. Lett Jr.
And this next example is an excerpt from a book entitled Phoenix Rising: The Rise and Fall of the American Republic2)http://amzn.to/1UvSDym by Donald G. Lett Jr.
In the occult April 19th begins the second highest holy day in the occult called the Beltane, which is a 13 day period which ends on May 1st. The first day of the Beltane is the most important day for human sacrifice. Even the ancient Romans honored April the 19th as the conclusion to their holiday Cerealia, the primary festival of Ceres that was accompanied by “Games of Ceres” in the Circus Maximus.
Lett is definitely correct about the significance of April 19 to the Romans.
According to Wikipedia, it was customary to sacrifice a pregnant cow on that day.
• In ancient Roman religion, the Fordicidia was a festival of fertility, held April 15, that pertained to farming and animal husbandry. It involved the sacrifice of a pregnant cow to Tellus, the ancient Roman goddess of the Earth, in proximity to the festival of Ceres (Cerealia) on April 19.
All over the Internet, there are reports that the 13-day period that begins on April 19 and that culminates with May 1 is known as “the blood sacrifice to the Beast.” Many of these reports seem to have gotten their material from an article that was originally posted on the highly respected website cuttingedge.org.
Did you know that April 19 is a most important date every year in the Satanic Calendar of High Holy Days? April 19 begins a 13-day period of blood sacrifice to the Beast, culminating on May 1!
And there is a book from 1995 entitled Circle of Intrigue that also made this claim…
According to the Satanic Calendar of High Holy Days, April 19 inaugurates a period of blood sacrifice to the Beast, culminating in the Grand Climax on May 1st each year. May 1st (May Day), of course, is celebrated in Red Square (note the color, red) in Moscow each year by a huge parade and spectacle. It was also on May 1, 1776 in Bavaria that Adam Weishaupt founded the Order of the Illuminati, and it was May 1st when the ancient Druids honored their great Sun God and Goddess with an uninhibited festival complete with initiations, sex orgies, drunken revelry, and human sacrifice.
Joseph Spickard is another respected author that has also written about this.
The following is an excerpt from an excellent article that was posted on his website:
Sacrifice by fire is required by pagan, occult and satanic elements on April 19. An emphasis on the sacrificial victims who are children or youth is made. “Passing through the fire” to the fire god, Molech, in the Old Testament of the Bible, described children going through the ritual of fire worship and sacrifice. In this regard, the arms of the god Molech were operated mechanically beyond a veil or curtain in the back of the image by its priests. When a victim was selected or chosen from among those “passing through the fire,” the child was placed on the supporting Molech outstretched hands, pulled over a pit of flame, and then the hands were shifted mechanically sideways, causing the child to fall and be consumed into the very hot pit furnace below.
The child’s screams were muffled by the very low bass sound of drums and music instruments and the corresponding high pitch of tambourines and other music utensils to drown out its cries. This bass sound was exceeding low. This was to be called later the “Devil’s chord.”
A Molech site was located just outside of Jerusalem during the period of the Kings and Minor Prophets. The Valley of Hinnom, or in Greek called Gehenna, was located on the south and southwest side of the city. Gehenna was later translated as the popular rendition or place, of hell fire. For the hundreds and hundreds of children, if not thousands, that were immolated … this was an apt description. The Valley of Hinnom, or Gehenna, became a garbage dump during the time of Christ which continued to emit flame and fire in burning refuse, dead bodies of animals and common criminals, and offal.
So what are we to make of all of this?
It is hard to say.
What we do know is that a lot of strange events have happened on or around April 19th. The following list comes from Advent of Deception.
• April 19, 1904—The Great Fire of Toronto.
• April 18, 1906—The San Francisco Earthquake Fire.
• April 19, 1943—After trapping the last Jewish Resistance Fighters in a storm drain in Warsaw, and holding them for several days, Nazi Storm Troopers began to pour fire into each end of the storm drain, using flame-throwers. They continued pouring the fire into the drain until all fighters were dead. Blood sacrifice brought about by a fiery conflagration.
• April 20, 1985—ATF raid on The Covenant, The Sword and the Arm of the Lord compound in northern Arkansas.
• April 19, 1993—50 years later after of the 1943 Warsaw, to the day, government troops, tanks and other military equipment stormed the compound of David Koresh and his followers at Waco, Texas. Certainly, this operation fulfilled the basic requirements for a human sacrifice: trauma, fire and young sacrificial victims.
• April 19, 1995—Oklahoma City bombing—Once again fire and death on this day.
• April 20, 1999—The Columbine High School Massacre.
• April 19, 2005—Joseph Alois Ratzinger elected as Pope Benedict XVI.
• April 20, 2007—Johnson Space Center shooting and incident of hostages in Building 44.
• April 19, 2010—In Canada over 400 hundred of straw bales caught on fire and blazed out of control.
• April 19, 2010—Iceland’s Volcanic Ash Grounds all Airlines in Northern Europe while NATO conducts the largest military exercise of the Year.
• April 20, 2010—The Gulf Oil Fire.
• April 20—The Birthday of Adolf Hitler.
In the end, the significance of April 19 is certainly up for debate, but nobody can question the significance of May 1. Even occultists acknowledge that Beltane is a festival that honors the ancient Middle Eastern god “Bel” or “Baal,” and today it is celebrated with fire and sex just like it was back then.
And on this “May Day,” millions of children around the globe will once again dance around huge “Maypoles” without even understanding what they originally represented.
Once your eyes are opened, it is easy to see traces of the ancient Babylonian religious system all around us. Of course this is precisely what we should expect if we have indeed moved into the period of time that the Bible refers to as the last days. As society continues to reject the God of the Bible, people will increasingly turn to false religion to fill the spiritual void that they feel.
Personally, I find it exceedingly suspicious that reproductions of the 48-foot-tall arch that stood in front of the Temple of Baal in Palmyra, Syria are going to be put up in Times Square in New York City and in Trafalgar Square in London just before Baal’s biggest day of the year.
So what do you think?

Bulgaria-born Prophetess Baba Vanga, who died in 1996 aged 85, was known as “Nostradamus from the Balkans” thanks to a purported 85 per cent success rate and has long been revered in Russia and Europe as a kind of supernatural saint.
Of the hundreds of predictions Vanga made over her 50-year career as a celebrated clairvoyant, a large number alluded to natural and climate change-related disasters. She warned of melting polar ice caps and rising sea temperatures back in the 1950s, decades before anyone had heard of global warming.
Her followers believe her vivid description of a “huge wave” that would descend on a “big coast, covering people and towns and (causing) everything to disappear under the water” was a reference to the 2004 tsunami and earthquake which claimed hundreds of thousands of lives across the Pacific Rim.
But it’s Vanga’s preoccupation with a “great Muslim war” that has sent believers, conspiracy theorists and Islamophobics into a doomsday frenzy in recent months as the world struggles to contain the escalating threat from Islamic State and its affiliates.
The chilling prophecies warn of a 2016 invasion of Europe by Muslim extremists, a conflict she predicted would begin with the Arab Spring in 2010, play out in Syria where “Muslims would use chemical warfare against Europeans”, and culminate in the establishment of a caliphate by 2043 with Rome at its epicentre.
According to Vanga, Europe as we know it will “cease to exist” by the end of next year following the systematic elimination of entire populations, leaving the continent “almost empty”, a “wasteland almost entirely devoid of any form of life”.
If that sounds dramatic, consider the developments of the past year, which has seen ISIS edge perilously close to Europe with the taking of Sirte, a key Libyan city overlooking the Mediterranean and the birthplace of the late dictator Gaddafi.
Sirte is now an Islamic State colony operating under Sharia Law. The new regime reportedly cemented its authority by staging a series of public executions, during which an unknown number of people were crucified and beheaded.
And ISIS continues to gain ground in Syria, despite a massive bombing campaign by allied forces in the wake of the Paris attacks. To devotees and others consumed by fear of an impending apocalypse, it’s as if Vanga’s deadly prophecies are unfolding before their very eyes.
FROM ‘ILLITERATE’ VILLAGE GIRL TO APOCALYPTIC ANGEL
Baba Vanga was born Vangelia Pandeva Dimitrova in Strumica, a village located at the foot of a volcanic mountain range in what was then the Ottoman Empire.
According to folklore, she led an ordinary life up until the age of 12, when she mysteriously lost her eyesight during a massive storm — described by some as a freak tornado. According to folklore, the youngster was flung into the air and then dashed to the ground by a powerful gust of wind.
What happened next is murky but her family reportedly found her in a terrible state several days later, her injured eyes sealed shut and encrusted with a thick layer of dust and dirt. Too poor to afford specialist care, she was relegated to a life of blindness.
Vanga later stated that she had experienced her first vision during the days she was missing and believed she had been instilled with the ability to heal people and predict the future. She was able to convince others of her paranormal powers and quickly developed a cult following. She became the go-to psychic for the rich and powerful and admirers, among them heads of state, scientists and historians, would come from all over the world for a few minutes in her company.
She later served as an adviser to Bulgarian Communist Party leaders, some of whom allegedly exploited her gift to further their own agendas. She was reportedly kept under surveillance by the country’s secret service and her home, the scene of countless meetings with visiting foreign politician and businessmen, reported bugged.
THE MOST FAMOUS BABA VANGA PROPHECIES TO ‘COME TRUE’
Predicted in the 1950s: Global warming and the 2004 Tsunami.
“Cold regions will become warm … and volcanoes will awaken. A huge wave will cover a big coast covered with people and towns, and everything will disappear beneath the water.”
“Everything will melt, just like ice.”
Predicted in 1989: The September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on New York’s Twin Towers.
“Horror, horror! The American brethren (believed to be a reference to the two ‘brother’ towers) will fall after being attacked by the steel birds (thought to be the two hijacked passenger planes). “The wolves will be howling in a bush (believed to be a reference to then US president George Bush) and innocent blood will gush.”
Predicted in 1980: The sinking of Russian nuclear submarine the Kursk in 2000.
It saw the crew die horrible deaths over several days while international rescue crews tried in vain to retrieve the vessel from the depths of the ocean. Until the tragedy, people assumed the “Kursk” Vanga referred to was the Russian city the Kursk was named for.
“At the turn of the century, in August of 1999 or 2000, Kursk will be covered with water, and the whole world will be weeping over it.”
The election of Barack Obama.
Vanga reportedly correctly predicted that the 44th president of the United States would be African American. However, she also stated that he would be the “last US president”. We’ll have to wait and see how that pans out.
2016: “Muslims” will invade Europe, which will “cease to exist” as we know it. The ensuing campaign of destruction will last years, driving out populations and leaving the entire continent “almost empty”.
2023: The Earth’s orbit will change (nobody really knows what this means).
2025: The population of Europe will reach almost zero.
2028: Mankind will fly to Venus, in hope of finding new sources of energy.
2033: World water levels will rise as the polar ice caps melt (this is already happening).
2043: Europe’s transformation into an Islamic caliphate is complete. Rome is named the capital. The world’s economy thrives under Muslim rule.
2066: America will use a new climate change weapon for the first time in a bid to retake Rome and bring back Christianity.
2076: Communism will return to Europe and the rest of the world.
2084: Nature is reborn (nobody is really sure what this means).
2100: Man-made sun illuminates the dark side of the planet (This is already in the pipeline — since 2008, scientists have been working on creating an artificial sun using nuclear fusion technology).
2130: With the help of the aliens, civilisations will live underwater.
2170: Major global drought.
2187: Two large volcanic eruptions will be successfully stopped.
2201: Temperatures drop as the sun’s thermonuclear processes slow down.
2262: Planets will slowly change orbits. Mars will be threatened by a comet.
2354: An accident on the artificial sun will result in more drought.
2480: Two artificial suns will collide and leave the Earth in the dark.
3005: A war on Mars will change the trajectory of the planet.
3010: A comet will hit the moon. The Earth will be surrounded by a ring of rock and ash.
3797: By this time, everything on Earth will die. However, human civilisation will be advanced enough to move to a new star system.

The world just won’t seem to end on schedule.
The 2012 Mayan apocalypse was a total bust. The “super blood moon” of September 2015 failed to lead to rains of frogs and fire. And the May 2011 predictions of judgment day by an Oakland, California, radio preacher failed to pan out.
Or did they?
Falling into a long tradition of repurposing and revamping old doomsday predictions, an online Christian group is insisting that the now-deceased preacher, Harold Camping, was right, and that his prophecies forecast the end of the world. Tomorrow.
Yes, Oct. 7, 2015, is the new go-to date for Doomsday, at least according to the Pennsylvania-based eBible Fellowship. According to the group, Camping was correct that May 21, 2011, was an important day, spiritually speaking. On that day, they hold, God saved his last soul and closed the door of heaven. The group believes in the notion of predestination, which holds that God decided who would be saved from the start and a person’s actions have no bearing on their afterlife. [Oops! 11 Failed Doomsday Predictions Recounted]
In 2011, Camping claimed that after the May 21 day of judgment, there would be only about five months until the world’s end on Oct. 21, 2011. The eBible Fellowship has recalculated that second date, putting it at Oct. 7, 2015, “in all likelihood.”
The online church’s predictions haven’t gained the same traction as Camping’s original pronouncements, possibly because Camping’s group was aggressive with outreach, buying billboards and conducting media interviews.
Nevertheless, the revised doomsday date highlights how end-of-the-world predictions persist. Previous failures rarely chasten new apocalyptic prophets. Often, doomsday groups retrench and reinterpret their failures.
One example involves today’s Seventh-day Adventists: In 1822, a farmer and preacher named William Miller predicted the end of the world by 1843, a calculation later revised for Oct. 22, 1844. When the day came and went, it was dubbed “The Great Disappointment.” Miller died five years later, still sure that the end was coming soon.
One offshoot of Miller’s followers, the Millerites, became the Seventh-day Adventist church. The group still believes that a process of divine judgment has been ongoing since 1844 and will eventually culminate in the apocalypse, though it doesn’t predict dates for the end of the world.
Likewise, Jehovah’s Witnesses have survived as an organization, despite multiple failed doomsday predictions. One of these doomsday dates, in October 1914, is now seen as the beginning of the end times.
The appeal of the end
Though pits of fire and chaos seem like things to avoid, many people welcome the idea that the end is in sight. Doomsday appeals to people because it’s an extreme vision of order, religion researcher Lorenzo DiTommaso of Concordia University in Montreal told Live Science in 2011.
“The first [belief] is that there is something dreadfully wrong with the world of human existence today,” DiTommaso said. “On the other hand, there is a sense that there is a higher good or some purpose for existence, a hope for a better future.”
In other words, the apocalypse is a kind of cosmic housecleaning: God is going to come back, reward the good, punish the bad and just generally straighten things up.
Secular people aren’t immune to this sort of draw, as interest in survivalism and doomsday prepping shows.
“There’s a great deal of satisfaction in saying, ‘Oh, boy, I’m ready when the bombs go off / the environment collapses / the Arabs invade/the magnetic poles reverse,'” Richard Mitchell, an Oregon State University sociologist and author of “Dancing at Armageddon: Survivalism and Chaos in Modern Times” (University of Chicago Press, 2002), told Live Science in 2011.
Often, when the end fails to come, doomsday believers blame themselves, experts say. Sometimes, they blame the “oops” on faulty math or say they misinterpreted the message. In one famous 1954 example, a woman named Dorothy Martin prepared her followers for a world-ending flood one December night. When nothing happened, she announced a new revelation: Their group’s prayers had been so successful that God had called the whole thing off. The group eventually fell apart, but Martin kept prophesizing until her death in 1992 — illustrating that once doomsday beliefs start, they’re hard to shake.

In an interview with Christian filmmaker Richard Shaw, director of the film Torah Codes: End to Darkness, prolific author and Bible Codes expert Rabbi Mattityahu Glazerson demonstrates how multiple Hebrew phrases hint that the Hebrew year 5776 (2015-2016) will be a significant year for the appearance of the Messiah.
Hebrew years are counted from Creation and begin on the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashana, which always falls in September or October in the Gregorian calendar. As of sundown on September 13, 2015, the new Hebrew year will be 5776.
Why do Hebrew dates change at nightfall rather than at midnight? When days are counted in the Bible, evening comes before morning, as it is written in Genesis 1:5, “It was evening and it was morning, one day”. Thus, in Judaism, each new day begins in the evening.
In order to understand Glazerson’s assertion that there are many hints that the Hebrew year 5776, which corresponds to September 2015-October 2016, is favorable for the appearance of the Messiah, it’s necessary to be familiar with gematria, the system of Hebrew numerology.
In gematria, all Hebrew letters have a numerical value. The numerical value of a word, phrase or sentence is derived from the simple addition of the numerical value of each letter. In the video interview, beginning at the 2:07 mark, Glazerson reads and translates eight Hebrew phrases and sentences which all have the numerical value of 776.
The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob = 776
The kingdom of David will be eternal = 776
(The Messiah will be a descent of King David.)
Come back to Me and I will come back to you = 776
God says, “I will do for Myself. For Myself I will do.” = 776
Come back to Me like naughty children. = 776
Your kingdom will be forever = 776
The last kingdom = 776
The final one is the most fascinating.
When questioned by Shaw, Glazerson explains why the numerical value of all these phrases is 776 and not 5776, which is the full number of the upcoming Hebrew year. “Because you see, according to our [Jewish] tradition, Messiah will come in this millennium – in the sixth one. This is why the numbers don’t have the 5 here, because it’s self-understood that when you speak about Messiah, you relate to 5,000, the sixth millennia.”

Taken together, four recent and upcoming events make a compelling case for imminent and dramatic messianic advancement.
The Internet is on fire with stories about the rocking of the world economy. With global markets in a financial meltdown, the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped more than 1,000 points at the opening bell Monday.
Feeling the effects of the crisis, Israeli investors are bracing for their own losses as the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange saw its worst earnings in four years over the weekend. China’s devaluation of its currency, the yuan, has signaled to international investors that the country is no more a financial powerhouse. In a global economy, however, all these events are, of course, connected.
Taken together, four recent and upcoming events make a compelling case for imminent and dramatic messianic advancement.
Taken together, four recent and upcoming events make a compelling case for imminent and dramatic messianic advancement. The four events are the end of the Shmittah year on September 13, the shaking of the world economies last week, numerical hints that abound in Bible Codes and the final Blood Moon of the current tetrad on September 23.
In the name of Rabbi Avigdor Nebenzahl, the former Chief Rabbi of the Old City of Jerusalem, author Rabbi Shimon Apisdorf told Breaking Israel News that, since the end of Biblical prophecy, God speaks to us in headlines. Apisdorf said the same idea, that God speaks through historical events, is echoed by Rabbi Eliyahu Eliezer Dessler, an important 20th century rabbi, Talmudic scholar, and Jewish philosopher.
Where do we find hints of God’s Hand in recent economic news? As previously reported by Breaking Israel News, there is a well established pattern of connection between the end of a Shmittah cycle and a downturn in the US economy. This has happened at or near the end of the last seven Shmittah cycles.
End Times author Rabbi Pinchas Winston spoke about this connection with Breaking Israel News. “Why should the end of a Shmittah cycle affect the economies of the world? Even today, when the keeping of Shmittah is rabbinical in nature, it still transmits a Torah message, and that is that God runs the world and provides everything in Creation with its livelihood,” he explained.
“The fact that billions of people do not believe this or think about it does not change the fact, and what better time to make the point than as the Shmittah year comes to an end? It has occurred over the millennia with uncanny consistency, and one need look back only a few decades to see how true this is, and to know that bracing oneself for financial upheaval this September is a word to the wise and financially prudent.”
In July 2015, Jeff Berwick, a Canadian entrepreneur and financial analyst, released a video about the connection between the Shmittah and Jubilee cycles and the global economy. On Friday, he wrote an article questioning whether the Shmittah effect began a few weeks early.
Three weeks ahead of the end of the Shmittah cycle, Wall Street just experienced a very difficult week, the worst in years. The Dow fell more than 1,000 points. Some say it’s just a normal market correction. End of Days blogger Tomer Devorah has a different way of understanding the numbers.
In the system of gematria, where every Hebrew letter has a numerical value, the numerical value of the word Mashiach (Messiah) is 358. On Thursday, August 20, the US stock market fell 358 points. The next day, Friday, August 21, the US stock market fell another 530 points. Together, 530 and 358 equals 888.
This is significant because the number 8 represents God, who is above nature. As Tomer Devorah writes “The number 8 is also connected to the revelation of Mashiach (messiah)!” She explains that the number 7 is associated with completeness in nature – the seven days of Creation, the seven days of the week, the seven colors of the rainbow, etc. The number 8 is above nature. The Messianic era is also represented by the number 8 because, during that time, our souls will transcend nature and will experience a higher level of understanding God.

Intelligence officials are comparing a newly discovered secret Islamic State document to Hitler’s “Mein Kampf,” as it blames Israel for the rise of the Islamic State and crowns U.S. President Barack Obama as the “Mule of the Jews.”
Found in Pakistan’s remote tribal region by American Media Institute (AMI), the 32-page Urdu language document promotes an “end of the world” battle as a final solution. It argues that the Islamic leader should be recognized as the sole ruler of the world’s 1 billion Muslims, under a religious empire called a “caliphate.”
“It reads like the caliphate’s own Mein Kampf,” said a U.S. intelligence official, who reviewed the document. “While the world is watching videos of beheadings and crucifixions in Iraq and Syria the Islamic State is moving into North Africa the Middle East, and now we see it has a strategy in South Asia. It’s a magician’s trick, watch this hand and you’ll never see what the other is doing.”
Retired U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency Director Gen. Michael Flynn and other U.S. intelligence officials confirmed the authenticity of the document based on its unique markings, specific language used to describe leaders and the writing style and religious wording that matched other Islamic State records.
Flynn said the undated document, “A Brief History of the Islamic State Caliphate (ISC), The Caliphate According to the Prophet,” is a campaign plan that “lays out their intent, their goals and objectives, a red flag to which we must pay attention.”
The document serves as a Nazi-like recruiting pitch that attempts to unite dozens of factions of the Pakistani and Afghan Taliban into a single army of terror. It includes a never-before-seen history of the Islamic State, details chilling future battle plans and urges al-Qaeda to join Islamic State.
Its tone is direct: “Accept the fact that this caliphate will survive and prosper until it takes over the entire world and beheads every last person that rebels against Allah. This is the bitter truth, swallow it.”
Rabbi Abraham Cooper, associate dean of the Simon Wiesenthal center for human rights who heads Center’s Digital Terrorism and Hate Project, compares the Islamic State threats in the document to the rise of Nazism pre-World War II.
The brutal killing of a teacher and three children at the Ozar Hatorah school in Toulouse in 2012 by an Algerian Islamist was a major signal to the Jewish community that Europe was no longer safe and that not enough was being done to curtail the rise of anti-semitism, he said.
“It’s important to remember what our founder, Wiesenthal said, ‘it often starts with the Jews but it never ends with the Jews,” Cooper said. “As a matter fact [Islamic State] did not create anti-semitism but they are taking advantage of it, and they are building on it.”
The document advocates creating a new terrorist army in Afghanistan and Pakistan to trigger a war in India and provoke an Armageddon-like confrontation with the United States. It also details Islamic State’s plot to attack U.S. soldiers as they withdraw from Afghanistan and target America diplomats and Pakistani officials and blames the rise of jihadi organizations on the establishment of Israel.
“No sooner had the British government relinquished control of Israel, Ben-Gurion, the leader of the Jews, declared the independence of the State of Israel, triggering a global migration of Jews to the Jewish State, and launching the systematic persecution of Palestinian Muslims who had to abandon their homes and migrate,” the document states.
The document discloses the history of Islamic State dating back to the early 1990s and explains why in 2011 its leader, Abu Bakr al- Bagdhadi, unleashed car bombs to avenge Osama bin Laden’s death, and boasts about the suicide rates of American soldiers.
“Urban centers across Iraq exploded with car bombs and IED’s. The losses inflicted upon Americans, apostates, and heretics were unprecedented, as were the suicide rates amongst U.S soldiers,” the document states. “This state of affairs forced Mule of the Jews, U.S President Obama to announce an exit plan.”
- Phase 1 “Awakening” 2000-2003: Islamic State calls for “a major operation against the U.S. .. to provoke a crusade against Islam.”
- Phase 2 “Shock and Awe” 2004 – 2006: Islamic State will lure U.S. into multiple theatres of war, including cyber-attacks and establish charities across the Muslim and Arab world to support terrorism.
- Phase 3 “Self-reliance” 2007-2010: Islamic State will create “interference” with Iraq’s neighboring states with particular focus on Syria.
- Phase 4 “Reaping/extortion/receiving” 2010-2013: Islamic State will attack “U.S and Western interests” to destroy their economy and replace the dollar with silver and gold and expose Muslim governments’ relations with Israel and the U.S.
- Phase 5 Declaring the Caliphate 2013-2016: Not much details offered here. The document just says, “The Caliphate According to The Prophet.”
- Phase 6, Open Warfare 2017-2020: Islamic State predicts faith will clash with non-believers and “Allah will grant victory to the believers after which peace will reign on earth.”
The document urges followers of al-Qaeda and the Taliban to join the Islamic State in overthrowing Arab governments who have relations with the U.S. and Israel, unlike al-Qaeda, which believed it was “important to weaken the U.S before launching an armed revolt in Arab states and establishing a caliphate.”
In response to the document, a senior ranking Israeli official said that in the Middle East the world faces two threats – from Islamic State and from Iran. “We need not strengthen one at the expense of the other. We need to weaken both and prevent the aggression and arming of both,” he warned.
Alistair Baskey, deputy spokesman for the White House’s National Security Council said Islamic State is being monitored “closely to see whether their emergence will have a meaningful impact on the threat environment in the region.”
The document builds on evidence that Islamic State is expanding into the region where the September 11 attacks were born. A united Taliban, backed by the hundreds of millions of dollars of Iraqi oil revenue now enjoyed by Islamic State, would be a “game-changer,” officials said.
The document warns that “preparations” for an attack in India are underway and predicts that an attack will provoke an apocalyptic confrontation with America: “Even if the U.S tries to attack with all its allies, which undoubtedly it will, the (entire global Muslim community) will be united, resulting in the final battle.”
A war in India would magnify Islamic State stature and threaten the stability of the region, said Bruce Riedel, a senior fellow with the Brookings Institution who served more than 30 years in the CIA. “Attacking in India is the Holy Grail of South Asian jihadists.”
Pakistan Foreign Secretary Aizaz Chaudhry denied the presence of Islamic State in the region, calling it only “a potential threat.”
Unlike al-Qaida, whose focus was the United States and other western nations, the document said Islamic State leaders believe that’s the wrong strategic goal. “Instead of wasting energy in a direct confrontation with the U.S., we should focus on an armed uprising in the Arab world for the establishment of the caliphate,” the document said.
The failure to target the radical Islamic ideas has given the group breathing room to spread throughout the world much like Hitler did.
“We did a lousy job predicting what Hitler was going to do in the 1920s, 1930s – honestly, we blew it,” Cooper said. “It’s hard to take seriously or believe that such hatred was real or would be possible. They made jokes about Jews, degraded Jews but nobody believed that they would be capable of what they were saying. So now, when groups, like [Islamic State] come along and say they are going to do A B and C, you have to take them for their word.”
